With the planet Earth in shambles, the Sertallian Empire and their allies gleefully began to make their move for a complete takeover of the globe. But a vicious surprize was in store for them.

The manevolent humans, who they trained in their ways, and whom they thought were their willing minions, turned against their masters. Banding together and calling themselves The Human Order of Sith, they launched a surprize attack against their alien counterparts, killing many and driving most of the others off the planet. The Sith Order felt that this was their planet to conquor and rule over, and no outside influence would deprive them of that. The Sertallian Empire, furious at this betrayal, sent reinforcements towards the Earth, but at that moment, fleets and galactical defenders from other united systems came to the Earth's aid. Brought together by the Elders, the benevolent forces battled over the planet with the dark warriors, sparking the beginings of a huge galactic war.

Meanwhile on the Earth itself, things were seemingly growing worse, as the Sith began to carve the planet up amongst themselves, wiping out any forms of opposition, and occasionaly fighting each other for control. A few of the reptillan warriors were on the planet as well, figuring that it was a good time to begin laying claim to parts of the planet for themselves. Turmoil was everywhere, and in the midst of this chaos, Jedi began to band together, offering up as much resitance as they could to protect what was left of humanity.

As the battles between the warriors of light and darkness began to wage on, humans began to realize that the powers of the Jedi and the Sith were much, much greater than the movies suggested. Fights ended up being more than just lightsabre and sword duels, as great feats of power were brought into play. Witnesses would describe things like Jedi running on water or up the walls of buildings, firing huge blasts of energy from their fingers, or waging battles in the midst of mighty storms that seemed to have been conjured up. These accounts were not tall tales; Jedi knights and Sith warriors were become very powerfull indeed. A fight between a Jedi and a Sith could level several city blocks.

Many of these powerfull Jedi banded together and formed their own groups, or clans, to help build up some kind of united front against the enemy in this war. In Skywalker Ranch, the Jedi training there already considered themselves a clan with a particular discipline, dubbed by other Jedi as Lucasian. They were usualy identified with their "official" Jedi robes...the off-white, tan, or grey garb, with long flowing brown robes worn over them. Jedi from other disciplines and clans sometimes wore them out of preferance, but they were mostly assosiated with the Lucasians. They soon became a well known group, behaving pretty much like the Jedi from the movies.

Another powerfull group of Jedi emerged from the midst of the battle grounds that were the remains of New York City. Called The Order of the Black Phoenix, they were soon able to form a strong resistance against the Sith, keeping the remains of the civilization and it's people from total elimination. Interestingly, the order was started by the Jedi who had sworn to come back to fight against the Sith there. Even more interesting was the group itself. Besides their somewhat unruly look, there were a small number of them, starting out with 7 defenders. Yet these 7 proved to be the most powerfull group of Force users in that region, their name soon spoken with fear by darksiders. And for good reason: they usually didn't leave any foes alive. Another group rising from there were called The Disciples. They were similar to the Order of the Black Phoenix in terms of philosophy and apperance, but they weren't totally made up of Jedi. Many of the members were able to utilize the Force,but not on the level of a Jedi Knight. Others could barely feel it at all. But they were still an effective group of defenders and fighters. The famous Jedi hero Jehu Shelach originated from that clan.

Other groups were forming up as well, such as the New Order of the Knights Templar from the western part of the American continent, and Clannada na Cathasaigh and The Jibbarim in the south. In Japan, a group of Force trained ninjitsu artists formed a clan called The Shinobi Army, later to be named Shinobi Army 2000 a few years later as new members were recruited. Japanese Jedi formed their own clan which they named Rei Samurai. In China, both the Shaolin and Wudong temples joined up with the alien Jedi masters in training young martial artists to defend their land and their planet. And in Europe, Knights, force users, and freedom fighters all took up arms against a common foe.

Even those who weren't fighting nessisarily became invaluable to the cause. In the midst of the war torn ruins of New York City, as Jedi clans continued to battle on, an underground raido station emerged. Started by two force using Djs, Xavier Kuts, and Slice n Dice, it was named Jedi Mind Tricks Radio. Known for their underground sound and pure funky tunes, the Dj's not only gave the Jedi some music to relax and nod their heads too, but also provided information for them, letting them know of events and developments happening around the area, thanks to special surveillance equipment scattered about. Of course, they supplied all this in code and hidden meanings. They ended up becoming a valuable asset to the Jedi.

Baseline humans were also battling for their survival. Even though they were up against powerfull forces, well equiped and well trained enemies, the humans fought back with anything they could muster: guns, stolen blasters, explosives, military vehicles, ambushes, guerrilla war tactics,etc. Even though they knew that they were even more out-matched against the Sith than the Jedi were, the normal humans were not going to take all this lying down.

Still, all the heroes were up against incredible odds. The Human Order of Sith were firmly rooted in Earth, having taken over the secret underground base of the Galactic Jedi guardians, including the major one in the place ancients had called Shamballah. They also began developing new methods of destruction from what they were taught and were finding in these bases: warships, battledriods, Force based weaponry, Force using battle secrets, and the few alien Sith lords running rampant with their human peers. With these things on their side, the Sith held on to Earth with a firm grip. Despite fighting valiantly, the heroes were taking heavy casualties.

Things were getting desperate. So desperate in fact, that government officials had virtualy no cotrol over their nations. They thus initiated their plans to leave the planet and it's non-priviladged inhabitants to it's fate, migrating to begin a colony in Mars. This was an opperation that was begun long ago, when they were first dealing with galactic travelers in the past, and using the technology given to them to put this into effect. Of course, only certian select people and their families were able to participate, and they were usualy those of the higher classes. By the year 2008, the first ships began to leave the planet. The invading beings fighting above let them past, as they knew these people weren't any threat, and them leaving the Earth only helped matters for them.

Meanwhile, on the battlefields that were the lands of Earth, Jedi continued to work on turning the tide of the conflict. Little by little they began collecting their victories, slowly pushing back the threat. As they began to grow stronger in the Force, developing their skills further, the dark grip of the Sith slowly began to loosen. It got worse for them when they were forced out of certian areas on the planet, such as the ruins of New York City (thanks to the Order of the Black Phoenix), or Nicasio and the surounding area in California, thanks to the Lucasians. Clans began to spread throughout the planet, helping out where ever they could, strengthening the resistance. The names of a few brave souls began to spread as well, along with tales of great deeds that they've done, causing the Sith some concern, and in some cases, even fear. These powerfull men and women were soon at the forefront of the conflict, turning events around.

In the year 2011, the Dark forces suffered a major blow. The galactic guardians above the planet scored a major victory over one of the dark aliens major armadas, weakening their blockade over the earth. At last, the galactic Jedi were able to slip some of their own through the blockade and on the planet below. This helped the human Jedi below tremendouly, for with these new fresh and powerfull Jedi on their side they were sure to win a decisive victory over their Human Sith enemies.

The time came in late January, 2012. The Jedi forces were able to beat the Sith back down to their hidden underground bases, which the Jedi knew the locations off. The main Jedi leaders, gathered together by Dayd Valhallah and the Alien Jedi, met up in Egypt, and began to forge a plan. It was decided that all the worlds Jedi would begin a major offensive against these bases while the Sith were still off guard, thereby reclaiming control of them and driving out the Sith meanace once and for all. It had to be done as soon as possible, and simultaniously all over the globe.

All the Jedi present agreed, and forged means by which they could communicate. Many of them were powerfull telepaths, so those with that talent were picked to mentally relay information. Jedi Mind Tricks Radio was also present, as they were a huge help in the war so far, already well experienced in gathering and relaying valuable information (as well as playing really good music to pump the fighters up), so the aliens gave them powerfull technology to broadcast their program, encoded, to Jedi the world over, as well as tehcnology to broadcast via a signal that telepaths could pick up. The Jedi favored telepathic transmissions, as they were harder for the Sith to incercept. Therefore there was a huge push for Jedi to train hard in this field (this is one of the main resons why later on, it became a tradition for Earth Jedi to be good telepaths).

Going back to their native areas, Jedi leaders begain training their clans and other Jedi gathered as hard as they could in all manner of skills. The Jedi became even more powerfull and lethal, bolstered by their training and a new sense of confidence and optimisim as they cut down the opposition with better awe inspireing effeciency. They felt that they may finaly have a chance to win. They all waited breathlessly for the day that the major offensive would start.

On April 13, 2012, the call went out.

The Battle of 2012 had begun.
