weapons: Lightsabre with a simple designed hilt, and an indigo colored blade.

Notable Skills: Had developed her natural talents in Force powered healing techniques before she was formally trained in them.  Also is empathic and has developed this sense of hers to a high degree. Jitka has skill in the use of blaster pistols and is a decent shot. Also shows talent in swordwork.

Bio:  While the Jedi Academy of Earth is known to be a highly developed place, it resides in a rather rural, natural settting.  There is a small village like town nearby called Nebani where people go about their daily business.  There is also a bustling, but orderly, marketplace within it.  There, you may find the cheerful young woman known as Jitka.

Jitka actually hails from another village far way from Nebani.  It was populated by a society that was rather rigid in structure and had ritualized roles for its men and women.  It was such a society that Jitka was born into, and while it helped to form some of her perceptions of life, it was too suffocating for her true nature.

Jitka always felt that she somehow didn't fit in with her fellow villagers, and it wasn't just because of her growing reticence towards the social norms that were forced upon her.  She was able to instantly pick up and understand the feelings of people around her.  By concentraiting, she was able to place her hands on people's wounds and bruises and cause their pain to leave them.  She was also a better midwife than the others in her village, because she was able to sense anything that might go wrong.  Worried that  there would be adverse consequences for these talents, she kept them to herself.

One night Jitka was involved with a rather complicated pregnancy. She was able to deliver the child, but the mother was hemorraging badly. Using her secret talent, she was able to find and seal off where the tear was, stoping the bleeding. As it was a bit discrete, she was sure that no one would know, but the mother was still somewhat concious, and she knew that somehow, it was something supernatural that had healed her.

News began to spread. Soon people wre talking about the "witch girl" with the healing powers. Even though she hadn't done any harm, the town was very superstitious, and to them, someone with "magical powers" was nothing but trouble.

One night a mob appeared before her home. Banging on the doors, they demanded that they bring Jitka out. The young woman was terrified, but her mother, calm and possessed, calmly told them that she wasn't in. Meanwhile, her father helped her to pack what she could, gave her enough to eat, and after a quick, but warm goodbye, sent her out from the back, through the woods. Two dogs, who were always around her since she was a child, ran along with her. After half a night, they were able to find some santuary in a cave.

The next day while searching for some food, the dogs found themselves a strange egg. Bringing it back to the cave, it would hatch in Jitka's hand, revealing a baby tonas dragon. It instantly mind bonded with her, and has since been a constant companion.

The bounty hunter Jonah sound encountered her there later that night. Chasing after a criminal who was hiding on her planet, he had sensed her through the Force and felt compelled to find her, as her world wasn't known to have Force sensitives. He found out about a mob chasing after a so called "witch", and puttint two and two together, decided to track her down and take her off planet before they got to her. He tried to explain to her what his intentions were, but wasn't exactly very diplomatic about it. Jitka didn't trust him, and Jonah ended up taking her and her pets with him, with some force, back to his ship.

While flying back, Jonah was able to finally convince her that he meant no harm, and was simply trying to take her away from a place that would most likely see her dead by now. Jitka, warming up to him, thanked the bounty hunter, who then told her that he was planing to take her to the planet Earth, where she would be among other force sensitives like her, and possibly be trained by Jedi at their academy there. All this was very overwhemling to the yong woman, who had thought that Jedi were just a muth, let alone the fact that there was a planet full of people with her abilites living in it.

The bounty hunter soon brought her to the Jedi Academy of Earth, where she was accepted with open arms. Greeted by Sah'ar Suntoucher, one of the instructers there, she was introduced to the campus, and heard about all the things that were done there. Jitka was somewhat apprehensive at first, but she soon decided to begin training there.

Jitka had planed to simply further her abilites in healing, but in time she was trained as one of the rare Healing Jedi, along with Fiona Kamino; Fiona focused in spirtual healing, while Jitka was learned in the methods of mending mind and body healing. She studied advanced healing techniques, as well as participated in courses on herbology and homeopathic medicine.  She later wanted to join some of the missions the Jedi went on in order to help and heal any that might need it, but the combat instructors, namely the Jedi Lark Keddar and Sah'ar Suntoucher, felt she should learn some self defence and combat prowess in order to partake in such endeavors. Jitka didn't like this, but she relented, and soon learned some basics in lightsabre combat, mostly defense.  However, on missions, she leaves it up to the combat-trained Jedi to fight, and only defends herself if it's a necessity.

During her development at the Academy, she built up a strong friendship with Sah'ar. Over time, during the course of many conversations and adventures together, their friendship grew deeper, and it finally blossmed into romance. They have since married and become very devoted to each other.

While Jitka used to be shy and naive at times, a more rambunctious, lively side of her personality has finally began to emerge, no longer being surpressed by the social values of her home village.  She also has been known to speak and act boldly when she feels that something unjust is being done. Strong in the Force, in healing skills as well as having a talent in combat ability (though she remains reluctant to fight unless absolutely nessisary), it is quite apparent that she will soon be a great Jedi Knight.
